7-day returns
If you wish to return an eligible item, you must request it within 7 days of delivery. Returned items should be unused, in original condition, and returned with packaging and accompanying materials where applicable.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed according to the original payment method or store process shared with you.
Non-returnable items
Items that are worn, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
